Let's not forget poor Dmitri who was arrested despite the fact that he was
actually hired by his company to write the work under question. However,
just because they are focusing on foreign individuals doesn't mean American
citizens won't be next.
PS: I know that the authorities focused on the fact that he gave a
presentation rather than the fact that he helped write the software. I was
at his presentation, however, and the subject primarily concerned the fact
that Adobe was selling gift wrapping to the publishers and calling it
"security".
PPS: I'd like to mention that it is much worse that Adobe's complaint
concerned his speech rather than his actions.
