That worked great! I put the
<Directory/>
Options +Includes
</Directory>
in my default directory config and it works for all my sights. I don't
know if I missed something in the documentation, but it doesn't say
anywhere that Options +Includes
XBitHack On
Needs to be within the scope of a directory. But now I know.

to get it to run on mine. Apache 1.3.20.
All the other options didn't get it to see the includes I guess.
