Rename PLUG! (was Re: RMS (again))

gone for 3 days and what to I come home to find...

here's a point:

When we talk about GNU's HURD OS we generally say just HURD. When we
talk about IBM's AIX, Sun's Solaris, SGI's Irix,... we just use the
short name. When I talk about the tools (which is what GNU really did
write), I typically use the term GNU. Linux was written because
everyone associated with GNU was cranking out tools and no kernel. HURD
is now availible, but has not caught on.
