Subject: Debian install problems
Hi Blake,
It has already been kicked and shipped across the country UPS ground
with no packing in the box. My guess now is that it got shipped to me
because the previous owner got frustrated because of memory problems.

I created a boot floppy with memtest86.bin and sure enough errors
galore. I then pulled out the two SIMMs in bank one and two and then put
in the ones from 3 and 4. Half as much memory but the test now passes. I
haven't loaded the OS again yet but hoping I don't have other problems
as well.

Thanks.

Is Memory etc. in Mesa a good place to get memory? They quoted 19 for a
16m 72pin EDO and 29 for 32m.
