well,
I am not sure if this is a system wide thing or not.
cox e-mail appears to be down. I've seen no new e-mails through since 10 AM thursday morning.
I've just spent an hour helping a tier 3 admin troubleshoot this one and he's still scratching his head over it.

anyone else got a problem here?
