ircd wierdness

ok folks, some of you noticed that the irc I have for plug
went down. I had to take care of an issue with it not writing to
a tunefile.

the ircd is back up and ready for use.
irc: pretorian.ath.cx port 6667
irc2: pcman.ath.cx port 6667

chan #Linux is created at ready.
c'mon guys, use it (thats what its there for).
