There's bound to be disagreement here, but if you're just setting up a
test box for Oracle then put all your diskspace on / and call it good.
Some people like to make /var its own partition in case the log files get
out of control then they won't fill up the entire disk. Making separate
partitions for /usr and /home isn't really necessary since this box won't
be used by a lot of users, so you don't need to worry about someone
filling up your entire disk by writing some forking script in their home
directory. /export is usually used for NFS directories, and you're
probably not doing NFS so you can ignore it.
So, again, if this is just your own personal Oracle playbox, then make the
root partition the entire disk (with some amount dedicated to swap, of
course).
