The space for the PLUG web site on net.assembly is currently made available
by Eric, one of the founders of PLUG. If I remember right, they do now have
PhP running, but Eric would know better.

If net.assembly doesn't/can't support a PhP app, I am sure that we can find
someone (Brian - wake up) to host the PLUG Jobs web site and we can link to
it from the PLUG site.
