Port 80 still blocked for @Home users?

The LanCity, effectively a "dumb modem" as cable modems go. It doesn't
care which "node" it's connected to, which the newer modems do, which is
why they can't change mine out. I have no idea how anyone can program
one of these things, but it doesn't have any ports at all that I can
see.
