Neither,
They both suck, and Qwest has sold out to MSN also. I would try to get
FastQ for DSL provider. It is just too bad they can't provide the copper
also. Qwest still has a monopoly on the twisted pairs. If you can get
DSL at all, you should be able to get FastQ.
