Hi Ray,

>From what I've seen/heard lately, companies are moving to this new

Admin Wanted:
Certified Sun System Admin, MCSE, CCNE, CNE. Requires 5 years
experience in Windows 2000, Solaris 8, HPUX 11.0, Novell 5, Cisco
Local Director, TCP/IP, PPOE, DNS, SMB. Will be responsible for 50

It's called "consolidation."

Two things will happen:
1. After an unemployed person with these qualifications, who was
making $150K, starts getting hungry, the position will get filled.

2. After these positions go unfilled for a while, the companies
will revise their expectations and accept what $35K will buy, or
they will come up on their pay.
