Weird request

Okay does anyone know of a bill generation software for Linux? If I
understand him correctly he needs something with receipt templates so
that all he has to do is type in the final cost and the name and the
computer will create the bill for him. I'm working on doing it in
gnumeric right now. but since he did have this kind of software on M$ if
I can show him this on linux it will go a *long* way.
