Subject: tcprules & a subnet
I used the term "smack dab" as a figure of speech. I have tried
the format 1.2.3.4/27 but it failed. 255.255.255.224 is my mask,
I have tried 1.2.3.4/255.255.255.224 and the above with no sucess.
Am I missing something here?

I don't think this should degenerate into a east-west discussion. If
there's a considerable amount of ppl who have little interest in going
east up to Mesa in rush hour, we should find a place more in the
centre of the valley, as it makes little sense to fall from one
extreme into the other.

Imo, the real issue at hand is to find a properly located installation where
those meetings can be held. Maybe we can all together compose a mail
which can be sent out to companies / institutions in the valley,
offering them to help (and possible share some clout) out a non-profit
organization which busies itself with the hottest new technology in
the last 10 years.
