I have, till now, only had complaint about long hold times on tech support.
Service was installed within stated time. Speed usually slightly below
"purchased" rate. One approx. 24hr outage of everything because of CO
equipment update, so I was told. Questions answered once you get to a human.

PS Phoenix Networks as my ISP, Northpoint DSL service.
PPS Grill your sales rep for some answers about the newsgroups. He won't
want to loose the sale. Companies tend to listen to potential customers
more than current ones.
