I was on an Alpha list, but as of now it is down. It only generated about 3
messages a week and on the days that it exceeded that it was mostly people
posting code fixes for various parts of the 2.4 kernel for specific alpha
machines.

www.cpumicromart had an install guide for RH5.2 that with minor adjustments
works for 6.0 and 6.2 for the DEC Alpha Multia. I used it to get two systems
running. One system is about to be wiped for a minimalist Debian install for a
test db.
