Subject: hp 1000e tape drive
Mike;
I had a T1000 (not the parallel port version) working under Linux
with Ftape. I have no experience with the Parallel version at
all.
I have searched the parport documentation and haven't found any
data on the T1000e, or the T1000 standard floppy interface model
either. Take a close look at any docs on ftape and zftape you can
find.
I do know that Estinc's BRU does support the T1000 floppy
interface
version. Maybe you can convert the T1000e to a T1000 ??
Good luck again;
Art Wagner
