This is how I forward PC anywhere data.

$IPCHAINS -A input -p tcp -s $REMOTENET -d $EXTNET 5631 -j ACCEPT

$IPMASQADM portfw -a -P tcp -L xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (public IP) -R
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (private IP) 5631

make sure that your script is flushing all rules when it executes
