Another thought, one I hope doesn't apply here.

The weather has warmed up a bit around here the last couple of weeks,
and people have started using their air-conditioners. An air-conditioned
house/apartment is an ideal place for ESD. Be very careful inside of
your boxes in your using A-C.
Maintain contact with the case when reaching in to touch anything. Carry
cards by their edges, etc .
