Subject: HedHat 6.2
Hi,
Have installed RedHat 6.2 on a Pentium 450Mh with 128MB of RAM. It will
not recognize the "fdisk" command either as user or root, does anyone
know
why?
The next problem is with KDE's Kppp. When selecting Kppp from the list
it just shows a box asking for root password and when it is entered the
box
disappears and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
The third problem is when typing "kppp" from the CLI there is an error
message "pppd is not properly installed" "The pppd binary must be
installed
with the SUID bit set. Contact your system administrator." How does one
set the SUID bit?
Trying to get this working so that I can try KMail.
TIA
