Subject: speedchoice upgrade to Sprint broadband
Their service basically fell apart when Sprint bought them ~6+ months ago. I
have several friends at work that had the same experience you had (couldn't
get installed).

Personally I have had Speedchoice for almost two years and I couldn't be
happier with the service until the Sprint buyout. They delivered a product
as advertised (as opposed to the original two-way service).
