I have found that searching for technical information like this that
http://www.google.com is the best search engine. Since it uses a formula
that takes into account the number of links to a page, it generally finds
sites that others found extremely useful.

As far as conversion programs

Check out

Use http://www.google.com for your searches for technical stuff and you will
be amazed. I searched for "html wysiwyg editors" in google and found a lot
of stuff. Now, how much of it is useful to you specifically might depend on
your budget.

If you have not tried google and have been frustrated with WEB searches,
then give it a shot.
Clinton.

Can I get some recommendations for a WSIWYG HTML editor and a CLI
program that converts images to other formats(example: jpeg to png, bmp
to png)?

thanks
