Computer Down Need Help!!

Try a different video card or if you don't have another on hand pull out
you existing one and see if it post/boots.

I have seen a bad video / PCI cards pull the system down so it wont boot.
You may also try removing everything but the cpu and see if it beeps at you
and then slowly add the basic back in.
