<div dir="ltr"><div>Try a different video card or if you don't have another on hand pull out you existing one and see if it post/boots.<br><br></div>I have seen a bad video / PCI cards pull the system down so it wont boot. You may also try removing everything but the cpu and see if it beeps at you and then slowly add the basic back in.<br>

see if any of the capacitors are swollen. 95% of the time when I
have a hardware failure, it is a capacitor. I use

easily identify a bad cap (they carry quality capacitors and I
have never had a cap from them go bad). I think they have repair
