Open Office document recovery fails

Thanks for the tip.  The problem went away before I had an opportunity to
try this suggestion, but it has cropped up several times before, so
if/when it does again, I'll try your suggestion.  I didn't see an option
to not recover the document before, but perhaps it was there and I just
didn't see it.
