Can't get my Konica-Minolta mc2300DL to print

Two small hints maybe:

1. From all your comments, I think you have already done this but I point
it out anyway.  Check
http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Minolta-magicolor_2300_DL
to see if there is help.  Also use the Minolta forum linked to from that
page.  I have recieved help from the linuxprinting.org forums in the past.

2. I have found that, on occasion, the CUPS server will set our USB Canon
printer offline for some reason.  It accepts the print jobs but just puts
them in the queue.  Go to http://localhost:631/admin and enable the
printer in question.  Check the job queue first so you don't dump
duplicates of of all the documents in the jobs that may be stacked up and
waiting.
