Well, if someone uses my gun to kill someone, it is still the 
prosecution's responsibility to prove that I pulled the trigger.  While 
I understand that the MPAA and RIAA haven't proven that yet, I welcome 
them to come to my door.  As someone who has never downloaded 
copyrighted content that I don't have permission to download, I would 
love to establish legal precedence against them.

Now, I don't want to encourage anyone to download content that they 
don't have rights to, it is simply illegal no matter where you do it. 
I'm not trying to be preachy, or start a discussion on copyright, I just 
want to keep the record straight on my intentions.

I've also used other people's open WAPs.  I'm not sure if they were open 
out ignorance or charity, but they were very useful for me at the time.
