LDAP and Linux

I installed OpenLDAP at home so I could be more effective at work.  We
use iPlanet LDAP Server 4.1 at work, and from what I've done, they work
the same from the user standpoint.  I'm sure the administration is
different, but my ldapsearch and ldapmodify have been the same.
