Argentina.rst won't load

I have a problem. I edited boot/grub (as instructed to) and it was great. Now I only have one kernel to select and DOS (windows). Only problem is that MS is the default!It just occured to me that it may be the order it is written in the the prograam If I am wrong tell me how to fix it. Another problem is that when I attempt to dial the modem a window pops up saying "Can not load the accounting ruleset '/Argentina.rst'!" When I click the OK button it disappeaars and the modem is forever busy afterwards. What can I do?

You know, I am kinda glad that I have to work on this operating system to get it to work. This way I'll learn it! It is the way I learned MSWindows!
