Transmitting screen shots for legal records

I think that this is probably not the best way to go. I tend to have 
multiple browser windows as well as terminal windows and other programs 
open. Maybe I'm in the middle of a chat and have my browser resized so 
that I can keep track of a running conversation. Is it then this big 
businesses business that I didn't have the browser window maximized and 
the snippet of conversation that is on my screen is now their business? 
What if I'm writing a document or working on a spread sheet besides... is 
this now their business? I think that I might avoid use of this type of 
site.
