Broadband provider

I would totally avoid XO they are about to declare bankruptcy!  they
probalby will not shutdown as a result but getting order through until
they restructure will be difficult.  Qwest has just totally revamped a lot
of their internal orginization.  I've had some dealings as of late with
them and they do seem a lot better organinzed than in the past.  Besides
them there is only one other CLEC in town that hasn't or isn't about to
declare bankrupty and that is Level3, but they will probably use Qwest
fiber anyway to get to Mesa.  So IMHO I would cvontact Qwest or a Qwest
master agent such as copperstate or intertel.
