Broadband provider

My company uses Qwest with no problems.  I also had no problems with the
Qwest VDSL service.  Why do you say to avoid them?

I would suggest AT&T or XO, they should be able to get you what you
need.  I don't know how much fiber is available in Mesa though, you may
have to contact COX or MCI.  I would steer clear of Qwest if at all
possible.
