Ditto!

When they were Speedchoice, I was very satisfied, although I had to
train them on some DNS issues.  At least back then they tried to satisfy
their customers.  Since Sprint bought them, I am looking for
alternatives.  It's probably my imagination, but I think my broadband is
somewhat narrower than it was also.
