You lucky I NEVER get 0% packet loss.
my stats are somewere
12 - 35 % packet loss
although I have seen worse results.

I have been complaining about this 
problem for about 4 months now.
I had 7 or 8 people come and
look at the problem everyone recommended
to bring engineer on site but it took 
them 4 months to schedule one.

At this time I am scheduled for
their 9 or 10th visit.

I have been stood up 3 times.
If I do not call them they NEVER
return my calls.

Their scheduling department is 
as shitty as they come.
