AZ Developer Wages, per Feds

Well said.  I was in a union in the 90's.  They did nothing for us.

Don't forget AZ is a right to work state.  In spite of this I see lots 
of folks living in nice houses, driving nice cars, and go to nice 
places.

Az does well as a right to work state.
