Looking for another Me

I am an independent contractor in Phoenix and have developed software (LAMP) for one of my clients that essentially runs the entire business.  At the moment I am the only IT resource they have and while that may be a testament to my technical prowess it creates a problem for me and them:  I'm the only guy.

I'm wondering if there are others out there like me in the same boat.  If so, I'd like to find you so we can talk about supporting each other.   In my case I have no need for a full time or even part time person.  I just need someone that can fill in for me when I go on vacation or can take over if that proverbial bus finds me, and I would reciprocate.
