Help for my mom part 2

OK, mom gave up on the desktop for now and let someone convince her into buying a new HP netbook.  It came with Windows, and she iis already annoyed with it after a week... Too funny!!!

I know there is an Installfest later this month but she can't make that one.  When is the one after that so we can find someone to help her get UNR installed?
