actually, it's really stupid to get side tracked by the nuance of this
because it really doesn't offer that much clarity but if you really want
to see what Kissinger REALLY said,

where he made it absolutely clear that his recommendation is that the US
should have a meeting at a very high level (at least Secretary of State)
with Iran without pre-conditions. Kissinger on film just 2 weeks ago...

Let's not get side tracked by a phony controversy that McCain tried to
create.
