Mail Question

Hello,
My name is Eric Cope. I am new here. I thought I would introduce myself
before begging for help. I administer a couple BSD servers and enjoy Ubuntu
on my laptop. I hope to contribute what little knowledge I have amassed over
the past couple of years.

My question is regarding mail. I am trying to specify the sender's address,
however, I can not seem to find an option for it. Any ideas?
