NetworkManager and DNS

Thanks! That works quite nicely. Instead of dealing with all sorts of Gentoo
configuration programs and removing NetworkManager from startup, I can do a
static IP very easily (networkmanager now just starts up and tries to
connect forever). To switch back, I can simply remove the flag!
