Dell GNU/Linux survey

If Dell had such a machine available I would buy one
right now -- today -- rather than wait for the survey
to be open, a development cycle, and an announcement.
Because right now is when I need and have funds for
a new laptop.

As it turns out, I'm also seriously considering one of
the Mac notebooks.
