Is this a Konqueror bug?

I'm wondering if anybody else can reproduce this behavior before I
report it as a bug. (I'm not trying to plug my site, I just need help
getting Konqueror to recognize anchor links.)

I have some anchor links to separate documents in my site that no
longer work in Konqueror v.3.3.2 since I uploaded the pages to the
server. They worked perfectly when they were just on my computer.
Now, 99 times out of 100 they go to the top of the designated page,
but not to the anchored names further down. All the files are in the
same relationship to each other as they were before I uploaded them.
The anchors work fine in Mozilla and Firefox. These pages have been
validated as XHTML1.0-Strict.

The anchors are:

www.tigerflag.com/about-attars-and-perfumes.html#essential
www.tigerflag.com/about-attars-and-perfumes.html#madini

And they look like:

<a name=essential></a>
and
<a name=madini></a>

I've tried the names both with and without quotation marks.

The links TO the anchors are on:

www.tigerflag.com/products.html
www.tigerflag.com/tiferet-list.html and
www.tigerflag.com/madini-list.html

and look like:

<a href="about-attars-and-perfumes.html#essential">absolutes and
essential oils</a>
and
<a href="about-attars-and-perfumes.html#madini"><em> read about
Madini's perfumes</em></a>

Does anybody else get this behavior or see an error in my code?

Thanks,

Siri Amrit
