Tired of Being Screwed By Cox (no pun intended)

I'm more then a bit pissed off about this. Why should I need my own mail
server? Possible since cox will only relay from within their network and
not from outside. So when I take my laptop outside of cox's network I
can't send mail now. That totally bites.
This is idiotic.
Now if it turns out that cox also limits attachments then the shit shall
really hit the fan, not saying they do (I have not tried to send a
really big attachment YET) but if they do then they have no business
forcing me to use a broken mail server.
