Well, I havent seen a lot of people jump up and offer to coordinate an
Install Fest at UofP this spring.  You can do it!  You will not be
alone.  Once the ball gets rolling down the hill, it kinda propels
itself.  Are you the one who stands up and says "Let me get this thing
organized"?
