Linux install hangs on Initio SCSI card.

Vaughn, are your SCSI chains terminated? Ie, the last device on a given
chain has termination enabled? That sounds very much like my experience
with an external CDROM back in the olden days - ran for several hours
then hung. Once I enabled termination it became happy.
