All - Thanks to the folks who responded with info on the bad guy, I have been refunded. I had to bully him a bit and bluff pretty hard, but I got my money back. Dell's fraud group, the FBI, and the Phoenix PD are all looking at the scammer. Thanks for the help. Thomas
