CrossOver comes with their $99 product, according to the home page.

Xandros comes from the engineers at Corel. It's debian-based. Corel used to
put a lot of effort into WINE, so I'd expect Xandros to have the most WINE
expertise of any of the dists. I'm not sure they do, but I expect they
should :).
