Hi Dennis,

It is only good if it is reasonably accessible to the largest possible
number of Internet users; otherwise, it will just serve to widen the digital
divide even further, and ultimately won't make much of a difference.  I am
blind and, unfortunately, most online courseware is crap when used on a
screen reader.
