i tried the below solutions to no avail.
the closest i got to success was using the xfontsel
i chose the font and size then chose select then closed the box and
restarted and it did not change.
next time i chose the font and size then chose select then chose quit and it
did not change
:(
maybe i'll just wait til i get my rh bible from the library this week. i am
getting frustrated with this system.
and i still don't know how to get something off my floppy (ie. drivers) and
into a program, or find the program , sigh, i'll keep trying one hour at a
time and hopefully know more by next week.
thanks for everyone's help, i 'm thinking, since it must be able to be done,
that i just don't know enough yet to figure it out. but it certainly is
frustrating.
remind me why this is worth the effort again..
