Now I know I'm losing what's left of my mind.
When I saw the subject I thought, why would
somebody want to make jerky out of an optical mouse???

Subject: optical mouse jerky

> I have a Memorex optical mouse (ps/2) on my laptop. When I had XP on the
laptop, it was flawless. Smooth as silk. Now that I've upgraded my laptop to
Lindows 3.0 (Debian Woody), when moving the mouse the motions are jerky.
Subtle movements go undetected. I tried some tweaks in the GUI (KDE 3), but
that did not solve the problem.

than XP did.
