Ask the Norwegian teenager if that's how he saw the situation as the cops
came for him and all his computers. Also remember that he didn't break any
Norwegian laws as reverse engineering was legal at the time. I think that
might've changed due to American pressure since then.

If I close all hardware stores tomorrow and say you have to hire some
specialist to fix things around the house are you going to be upset then?
What happens when it's illegal to reverse engineer how a screw is tightened
and owning a leatherman is a federal offense?
